Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using Reppo or delete your account at any time.

Refunds

• Payment taken but credits not added: full refund, or the credits added manually — your choice.
• Charged twice for the same pack: the duplicate payment is refunded in full.
• Unused credits: if you have not used any credits from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Credits that have already been used are not refundable.

How to ask

Email thearyanbasantani@gmail.com with your registered email and the Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
